Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
